5 concreate propositions to improve management and treatment of WEEE

  1. Set up based on existing data (in open data), a repository of metadata on electrical and electronic equipment  (EEE) to improve the management of e-waste.
  2. Establish a third place which combines the missions of « ressourceries » and hackerspaces.
  3. Develop an open access (under CC BY SA) database of reusable EEE parts in partnership with Wikimedia.
  4. Establish a short circuit of waste management involving a maximum of local agents on a human scale and using free software.
  5. Create a MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) on electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) in partnership with people with various specializations (librarians, hackers, artists, engineers, etc.) in order to share know-how skills on the management and treatment of WEEE.
